Directions:
Utilize the versatility of sea moss topically or in food and drink. Start with a teaspoon of gel daily mixed into into smoothies, juices, teas, etc. You can also spoon our gel right into your mouth as is. Use discretion in increasing up to 1.5 tablespoons a day.  

Sea Moss gel stays fresh for up to three weeks in the fridge.
